This strategic plan is responsive to what we heard from our community both in the form of data and direct input. While it serves as a roadmap for the future, who we are as an organization has not changed. Focusing on our strengths, two attributes continued to gleam, indicating who we are: a positive beacon of hope and a responsive data driven organization, we were committed to ensuring these were not lost. This resulted in four strategic priorities and organizational strategies with clear measurable outcomes. Beyond that, we knew we wanted a bold, shared vision for the future, PROMISING our community who we will continue to be.
